Very welcoming, provided assistance with an ever changing book in time due to a delayed flight.
Very nice hotel with pool and jacuzzi. Also away but not far from downtown Rapid City.About 25 miles from Mt.Rushmore which is an easy drive.
Rooms were clean and quiet. Location was convenient. Breakfast was good. All we could ask for while on vacation
Business trip. Normally prefer room with kitchenette but made this work. Has some dating but what doesn't these days unless new. Safe access. Love the sauna something I don't normally get. Quiet so I could get work done.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The property was well kept . The staff was very accommodating and made sure our stay was excellent. Its the perfect place to stay if you are going to Mount Rushmore.
