Dead bug already on floor when I first got to the room. Beds aren’t bad. Did a bed bug inspection. Didn’t see any or feel any. Saw a live, crawling roach in the bathroom… The remote was pretty ironic because it says “clean remote” but it isn’t clean lol Breakfast was limited but it was ok. When I visit any hotel/motel/inn all I really want is a clean bed/linens and NO BUGS. That’s all I ask. Great stay at decent price plus a pool ice and vending machines highly recommend
Made a reservation online and no where was I warned that they are doing roof repair, so both nights of my stay we were awoken to loud banging at 7am. The second morning they even added lovely thumping music to what sounds like them throwing bags of concrete above us. Absolutely made it impossible to sleep given we were put on the top floor.
I just checked in at the North East Comfort Inn. The room that we are staying in is beyond dirty. I killed a roach within seconds of walking in to the room. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. The gentleman who checked us in has been great, but there doesn’t seem to be much that he can do to fix the situation.
