Front desk manager was very rude and discriminated against her name is Jenny Patel I've never been treated this way in my life and im 45yrs old disabled and have some major health issues
This is a reasonable Suite Hotel.
Was very disappointed with our stay here. The room was very dirty, the was stuff on the walls, stains on our sheets, the bathroom was very dirty and had a very awful smell. We arrived back at the hotel after a concert around 1230 and were unable to get into our room due to having the wrong room key.
