Absolutely OUTSTANDING. This hotel is by far the best we have stayed at in town, and we've been everywhere when traveling to Kenosha. This is coming from seasoned national travelers as well and still, this tops places we've stayed at in most states. The premises are entirely clean, the staff is VERY friendly, the manager is by far the best we have ever spoken too in the country at any hotel- she is 100% on top of any concerns we had, and instantly. We checked in room 229 Tuesday, February 17 2026 for a 2 - night family get away with the manager jenny. We set our things in the room quickly and went swimming. While in the pool we noticed large amounts of mold on the pools surrounding walls the water was okay. My 4 year old daughter loves to swim so I was forced to let her enjoy while she could. Nice business suite, needs another chair or a sofa. Do the "clip the curtains together" trick to block out the bright outside lights. Good hot breakfast, seating was nice and plentiful. (Too) Soft bed. Pool, but no hot tub. Bedroom tv had no remote. Shower was so/so - ok. No note pad and pen in the suite, could not take notes. Overall nice for the price. Might stay again.
