I’m 11 and even I can see that the WiFi here is broken. The access point outside our room isn’t even on — there’s no light, and it’s clearly not working. But the manager keeps blaming our phones and devices, saying the WiFi is working fine. It’s not. Even other people came out of their rooms saying they couldn’t connect to anything either. It’s obviously not just us. The manager just refuses to listen and keeps acting like we’re imagining it. She’s really rude and won’t do anything to help — just keeps saying it’s our fault.... read more
We spent one night at this hotel. Staff was very nice. Our room had bugs in it. The hairdryer didn't work. The pool was ok but the womens restrooms on the main floor was horrible. Out of 3 toilets only 1 was clean enough to use. There was a homeless woman that slept in the lobby the entire night we were there. No wonder the price was low. I will never go back.
