I was placed in a room with a non-working toilet. I called down to the front desk twice to notify them that my toilet would not stop running and would not flush. I asked if I could be moved to another room, they said no. I asked if I could be refunded for my last night, they said no. I asked if maintenance could come fix it. They told me no, and that maintenance was gone for the day. The carpet in the hotel is dirty. Rooms need to be updated. Staff was not friendly or helpful.
