Staff is very friendly, rooms and hotel were clean. Lisa, one of the housecleaning service worker, was awesome. Super friendly and on point. Management should give her a raise.
It was very filthy and we were glad to leave. The staff was not helpful and we were told that there was not a manager in the house. The best thing about this hotel was the location. We would not stay there again nor refer it to anyone.
The hotel is right off the highway so it is convenient. The hotel is outdated and the carpets are dirty. The beds are unusually high so people should be aware. There were roaches in the bathroom in the morning.
