Jennifer at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I booked a king bed instead of two queens and she allowed me to switch right away. The lobby smelled amazing, top notch service!
The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind after my booking got lost through a third party agency. I was very annoyed but their professionalism was top notch. Because they were able to stay calm, I was able to stay calm which goes a long way in customer service. This will definitely be our hotel when we are in the area which is quite often.
This place was absolutely beautiful and amazing as my first time stay , even booked my second stay here and would highly recommend this hotel and location to anyone visiting/ staying in columbus. Staff was super nice and helped me figure out my check in when having an issue through a third party booking. Rooms were very clean , felt like home and was in a safe area. Comfort inn did its thang
Large comfortable room. Quiet place. Great service. Delicious breakfast. Easy access to highway. Several restaurants and Sheetz gas close by.
