Parking is difficult and if you don't want your car dinged go someplace else. Pool is unsupervised and was overrun with unruly children for at least 4 hours and desk clerk (who could hear it-we heard it from the parking lot!) did nothing. The handicapped room we reserved was at the end of a hall on the 2nd floor--I had to schlep my luggage on the elevator and down a hall and then we were refused a receipt when we checked out.
