The staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was good, and pool/ hot tub area was enjoyable. However, the rooms smelled musty, were not very clean, and our room had ants on the counters, floor, and in the coffee pot. The queen beds are very uncomfortable.
*CANT CHECK IN AFTER MID NIGHT* don’t visit this hotel if ur trying to check in night. They won’t check u in. The night Indian male have really bad attitude and doesn’t speak English. I am driving late night exhausted and I just need a bed to sleep. It was around 1am on Monday 08/04/25. Omg !! It was terrible experience with front desk Indian male. We are currently staying at this hotel. It is 11 pm and they have been cutting flooring directly outside our window since we checked in. We have asked how long this would continue and the reply was tonight at 9pm. As stated previously, it is 11 pm and the construction is still happening and the staff is not changing the situation. We are in town for a wedding and this is not what we expected.
