Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially after an 18-hour drive arriving late at 10:30 PM. The room was not clean—far from it. There were fake nails, human fingernails, hair throughout the room, pretzels and bobby pins on the floor, clothing tags, and a fridge that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The floors had obviously not been vacuumed, and I didn’t feel comfortable walking on the carpet without shoes. Shelley was awesome at the front desk. Liked the room with beverages other than coffee. Lemon water was very refreshing.

I'm going through rating every hotel that refuses phone calls 1. You're welcome. I will not book if they refuse to answer the phone I have to travel a long way to get here.

TV's too small needs to be updated. Needs a new carpet. That kind of thing.

- no one at reception when we arrived, waited 10 mins or so until someone turned up. Was about to go somewhere else for the night, as we were a walk in. Not sure what that was about? - bed comfortable, spacious, heater works well and quiet, unlike the last place we stayed at - basic breakfast to get the day started, although alot of wastage with disposable cutlery, plates, cups etc when businesses should be looking for ways to decrease plastic waste.
