I enjoyed my week stay at this hotel this past week. Crystal, as well as all the other staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was on point and the employee working the breakfast area definitely did a perfect job on making sure everything was stocked and clean. I will definitely make this my new spot when I visit N. Myrtle Beach. 5-30-26 until 6-6-26: My stay this past week was great as well. Yanika was very nice as well as all other staff. It's always a pleasure staying here.

The hotel was really nice itself. The staff was very friendly but I got charged TWICE for my room. Toilet clogged first use and shower curtain rod was missing screws so the shower curtain kept sliding into the middle and water wpuld get everywhere. There was a system error during booking and i got charged for the same room twice i called immediately to resolve it and time and time again i was assured the second charge would drop off. When we initially booked the room via online we paid for the hotel room and booked it. Upon arrival we were then informed by staff we would have to pay an additional 100$ security deposit which was NOT listed anywhere on the website, or sources about the hotel.
