The best word I can use to describe this hotel is, ew! The hall way reeks of cigarettes, even though the rooms are non smoking, our bathroom door had no latch and hardly a door knob, the shower had hair all over it, and my towel had someone else’s hair on it. If that isn’t bad enough there was a used nicotine pouch stuck to the wall beside the bed. Our rooms were ridiculously over priced just for railbird and for the room to be disgusting was such a disappointment. Do not stay here!
The parking lot is a mess!
If I could give zero stars I would , hotel manager is extremely unprofessional, they have bed bugs… I would not recommend
My wife and daughters came down stayed in Lexington for a few days. This hotel was right off the highway, thought this would be perfect for us. This hotel was filthy! The carpets were dirty. We never saw housekeeping. The first floor smelled like Marijuana and cigarettes! Even more Disgusting management as i brought all this to their attention!! I wasnt going to write a review but then I saw an unauthorized charge on my debit card. Called ChoiceHotels and was told the manager said housekeeping told him we left the room dirty... read more
