2 king rooms for 1 night. They were both ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Only 1 had AC that was decent. The other was humid to the point that the floor felt damp. One TV didn't work. The towels looked clean but some were dirty in brighter light. There were food crumbs all over the floor in both rooms. Last night july 17 2026 this is where i stay after the encounter that i had with the comfort suite oil center the front desk lady was very kind and sweet and got me check in really fast after i told her what had happen at the other one the bed are a bit high for me because i am short but they was very comfortable so come here and if you have to go to the other one may sure you know who is working not just someone to get a paycheck be kind to peoples it goes a long way

Edit/Response to Owner: the reservation was under my wife’s name as she is the one who booked the stay- I assure you this interaction occurred. Booked this hotel as a pit stop on a road trip. We knew we were going to arrive late at night so attempted to call the hotel multiple times without them answering. When we arrived the man at the front desk said they marked us as “no-show” but we could pay again for a room if we wanted. We declined.
