The staff was super nice and the entire place was spotless. They also had fresh lemon water, it was great.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Comfort Inn at 2200 Evangeline Throughway in Lafeyette, I was relieved to be greeted so welcomingly after many days traveling by such an amazing and friendly staff. By far my stay was very relaxed and worry free because of the accommodations and overall feel of the hotel. We stay at a lot of comforts and this was by far the worst. The beds were noisy and uncomfortable. The room was damp so the floor was sticky. The tub shower was so slippery that it was a fall hazard. The wall outlets were loose and in once instance literally had no outlet cover. Very disappointing. My partner called it a Dis-Comfort inn.

We arrived around 8 pm to a quiet lobby area where the desk clerk promptly assisted us with checking in. Initially the person checking us in was insisting we pay a $50 smoking deposit, but eventually waived we are not smokers but I did t dispute anyhow. But I did assure him I didn’t smoke. Anyway the room was freshly clean so the floor was still wet and the pine sol smell was very strong. There were a couple of random hairs left after the cleaning but nothing g really to fret over.
