Super uncomfortable beds. Bedding was stained and dingy. The rooms could use a deep clean; there was a layer of dust built up on the carpet between the bed and nightstand. Stains on carpet. Room smelled bad. Pool had knats and there were no towels. Breakfast had very little selection; items were missing and/or not getting replenished — coffee and decaf both empty. They have a pool but they have no mats there on the floor and I and several other people have slipped but they refuse to put any down also there hot tub the first few steps are fine then theres a big dip my mom fell on that wouldn't suggest going here don't go here or don't use the pool I spraind my wrist

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was very sufficient for a quick nights sleep. We drive a hot shot rig and didn’t know we’d have to pay to park until we’d already reserved the room. We did find out however that it would have been cheaper for both the room and the parking fee if we’d of booked our stay directly with the hotel. Breakfast was just the standard grab and go. I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The room was not clean upon arrival—there were visible stains on the bedding, dust on surfaces, and the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor. It felt like basic housekeeping had been completely overlooked. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing any concerns.
