One of my favorite hotel chains to stay at never been disappointed.
I wasn't going to leave a review due to that Manager did get back to me a offered me points however he never followed through with this! Even tried to follow up with him and never responded. They first issue I had when checking in was the front desk representative did not provide me any information at far as what room or location didn't inform us of wifi information or breakfast times.
