Worked for our purpose. Room was clean and breakfast was OK, but pricey. Staff was friendly
My recent stay wasn’t pleasant at all. My sheets were not clean and I believe there were bugs in my room. The front desk woman Alisha was super kind and helpful. She was on top of handling the front desk, multiple customers and helping house keeping fold towels. I sat downstairs throughout the day and she took no breaks or lunch. Her manager Nav was not kind to her in the way he talked to her. Especially in front of customers. Our family has stayed here. They have a great pool
We enjoyed our short trip to Kennewick, wa. We drove over to get new tires and made a date night out of it. The lady that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thanks comfort inn!
