Sergey or Sergei, not certain on the spelling, that mainly works at the front desk was incredibly rude and frankly completely ruined the hotel for us in the future. I can confidently say we will never return while he is employed here and it seems other reviews say the same. We typically have good experiences at Comfort Inn hotels but this is the exception. This hotel is dirty and in desperate need of renovations. We had safety concerns due to the .22 bullet holes in the glass in the hallway to the 4th floor. We were very uncomfortable and our vacation was ruined as a result.

The black/ Hispanic man at the front desk is a terrible representation of the “Comfort Inn” brand. Not a Welcome, Hello,please or thank you came out of his mouth !! He just demanded my license & Credit Card & felt the need to warn me that check out was no later then 11.00 am. That made our mind up to “never” stay there again & spoke with other guest that felt the same way. Rooms were clean and comfortable! One of the best parts was the location — just minutes from downtown Hyannis and super close to the ferry terminal, which made getting around incredibly easy. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely come back again!
