I said here with my girlfriend in August. The guy checking us in had a weird vibe and put us in a basement room. It was basically the basement of an old office building or something. We tried to go to the pool but it was locked, so we had to find a guy to unlock the pool. We had a good trip, but they billed us $100 for “damaged towels.” Some of the towels were dirty, but nothing was damaged beyond repair. This place was absolutely terrible. If I could give it no stars I would. Me and my husband took a trip to Hyannis for my 30th birthday we were so excited for this and we booked the comfort in thinking it would fit our needs unfortunately every day was a complete disappointment. Arriving they have this long sign about their hatred for dogs. We don’t have any however that is not very welcoming. An older property with a great location. Prison look like outlook for room on ground floor with 'pool view' due to mesh/bars. Great bed everywhere clean but dated. Breakfast was adequate. My biggest criticism would be the check in guy, (Sean/Steve? Large guy. Rude! Needs customer facing skill to be addressed).
