Horrible experience just stopped in for a place to sleep overnight and first inspection of the bed was greeted by a little roach and more to follow in the microwave very disappointed after being on the rd all day. Definitely wouldn't recommend!!
A/C doesn’t work. Wasn’t provided any real solution from desk clerk. Check out or use a fan. I love being a diamond member and being treated with disdain for just wanting a room with AC. Also, failed to have the handicap room I reserved. Not sure how that happens. They should discount my room, provide additional points something to show they appreciate my business and over 35k spent on rooms a year. But such is the modern America, customer service is dead. Location off of interstate, great staff, clean room. God hot and free breakfast and staff very polite and informative.
