This hotel was one star from the service, rooms, booking and location. It’s located where many underprivileged people live so they’re constantly harassed by police. The service was so bad I am speechless and the smell of the entire building is awful. The deposit is more than the room ($150) and they will lie and do anything to keep it. Go across the street to the nicer hotels.

Neema was very accommodating and welcoming. We arrived earlier than check in time. Our luggage was safely stowed until we could check in *we still managed to check in about 2 hours early. Room was clean, bathrooms clean and had plenty of towels. Room had a working microwave and mini fridge. Nice and quiet area. Convenient location with easy walkable restaurants in the area.

The property feels quite old-fashioned, and much of the furniture and facilities are outdated. Everything was reasonably clean, but the older style and condition made it feel less comfortable and less worth the price. I expected a better overall experience.
