From booking to checkout Manager Pedro was Amazing, accommodating and very very very professional even though I got on his nerves by continuously adding more rooms for our wedding. Rooms were very clean and service was outstanding. He went over and beyond for my now husband & I as well as guests. We will definitely be booking here again
Worse customer service ever, not professional, attitude name of employee Pedro, insinuating I was the one no knowing how to used the key. Room key didn’t work employee struggled to open it, very loud in the front of the room at 1am couldn’t rest.worse stayed ever, a big waist of money, never again

The absolute worst experience I have ever experienced at a hotel. Totally harassed all weekend for having a family member visit me in my room. Constantly calling my room and charging me 150.00 to have a visitor? Never heard of this! Totally rude. Whole hotel smells like curry and bathroom sink was backed up the whole time. Total crooks. Stay away!
