The 5-star rating is based on a two-star hotel rating, though there wasn't much more a three- or four-star hotel could have provided over what this hotel did. We had reservations and paid for a room at Hilton a few miles away. There was a power outage in that area, their computers were down, and we could not be logged in, and I was told I had to figure out how to get a refund from Hilton. Good place to stay with decent size parking rooms were clean to me would def stay again!
Hard to breathe in this place. Smells of smoke and mold. Woke up wheezing and coughing as did a couple of my kids. Tv has no cable so it was basically news only.Also a staff member left the laundry shoot open and would be very easy for a child to fall into. Nothing available such as coffee, plastic ware, extra towels etc also surrounded by construction
No cats allowed (as bluntly as they told my mother), dogs are cool
