Do not come to this hotel…. Dirty rooms, disgusting pool, terrible customer service desk,. The pool is dirty and nasty.
No self-respecting person should willingly stay at this Comfort Inn unless they are conducting a scientific study on how much disappointment can fit inside one building. We were overcharged for a night, and the staff refused to correct it. They also would not accept our tax-exempt paperwork, because apparently basic hotel administration is an optional amenity here. Property is in desperate need of a complete renovation. I was shocked to find a Comfort inn this bad. I would not stay here again and question whether I should even consider comfort inns in the future.
Girl at the front desk is completely clueless of how to help us move rooms after I was told the night before we can extend our stay for the same room and not have to move since my husbands working nights. Also couldn’t hear her because house keeping was sitting in the lobby blaring music while I’m trying have a conversation with her. I’ve had great help from other workers here but front desk not so much
