I am a truck driver and I have never experienced disrespect to the extent that the lady, who claims to have eleven years of service, displayed towards me. Her behavior was rude, disrespectful, and belittling. Initially, I inquired about four random charges deducted from my bank account. The 5-star rating is based on a two-star hotel rating, though there wasn't much more a three- or four-star hotel could have provided over what this hotel did. We had reservations and paid for a room at Hilton a few miles away. There was a power outage in that area, their computers were down, and we could not be logged in, and I was told I had to figure out how to get a refund from Hilton.
