When I got up in the morning I went to put my pants on and had ants all up my leg. When I complained to management they told me it's because I brought take out in the room. Also we booked this room for the pool which was not open.
This hotel is not recommended; the hallways stink, the breakfast is terrible, and the place is dirty☹️
The room could be a little more detailed on cleaning . Overall fine. Missed items near edge under bed. Pool not running and not posted on website
I am a travel advisor and I had a client call me the MORNING they were supposed to leave to stay at the property and they canceled their booking on them. When the place was called for clarification they were rude. Unprofessional. And hung up the phone. Needless to say I will not be allowing another client to stay here.
There was someone's blood on my comforter , there’s strange fees for everything like leaving the cart in room, taking food from the dinning hall, etc. Definitely won’t be visiting again
