This is such a great area, quiet, everything you need around you, great breakfast, nice, helpful staff, my only complaint is that the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while, I think the carpet needs vacuumed and cleaned and the vinyl needs a good mopping. Other than that, loved staying here.
This is the most run down, illegal substance using hotel with an unprofessional, rude owner that I have ever experienced. Marijuana is smoked (daily) in the rooms and when we complained about it 2 days in a row, the front desk called the owner in. Mr. Patel was arrogant and unhelpful and refused to admit to there being a foul odor in his hotel or offer any solution. We added up calling the police. Do not stay here!
The entire 3rd floor smells of marajauna. The owner Mr Patel would not do anything about the situation. He was very defensive about the matter. He refused to do anything to make our stay better. Even something easy like moving to another room.
Room smelled like weed when we walked in and we have our daughter with us. Sheets and pillows cases not clean - not sure if stained or just not washed. Girl working at the front desk was friendly. AC works good. Expensive room, should be cleaner.
Very quiet hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and good service.
