Very few things I can say about this hotel and my experience on it. But I can say, checking in was easy, the rooms were clean and the hotel itself was fairly quiet. Bed was nice and comfortable, it was very clean as well. Staff working there were nice and helpful, the reason why I didnt give it a 5 star is mostly due to the fact that the bathroom was a bit dirty but manageable, and by manageable I mean something that didnt gross me out or give me any disgust or discomfort. Everything dirty
Room smelled like moth balls. There were stains on the walls outside the bathroom. Curtains were visibly dirty and pillows also dingy. Phone was disgustingly dirty. We have stayed at many Comfort Inns and this is definitely near the bottom for cleanliness and quality.
The woman working today was so rude she ran my credit card for $100 and when I confronted her she said it was the bank not her and also her name tag said bob I don't think that's her real name. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE.
