Stay in upper level room on 3rd floor for 3 days had no room service at all no trash pickup I even went down to front desk and asked for it said it would be done and guess what no 1 did it I will not stay here again and would not recommend it.
Everything at this location was on point!
This was a tremendous disgusting place to stay , no common courtesy, roaches and bugs all over the places.
When I'm in Columbus and out of time. It's my go to. They have some semi parking. And a couple restaurants within walking distance.
BED BUGS!! I was going to just call and not give a bad review but they front desk keeps hanging up on me. We stayed in room 203. The place smelled bad, it was dirty, we found trash on the floor and blood on the sheets. After I got home we are now finding bed bug bites. Choice hotels are a bad choice. I should have went with my gut and stayed at the Hilton.
