Me and my 16 year old son were driving from Texas to Ny to visit family. We were involved in a hit and run accident on 71 and our car had to be towed. We were transported to Days Inn shortly after 7am and despite our circumstance we’re told we couldn’t check in early OR hang out in the lobby until check in at 3. Nice hotel, we only stayed one night but it was pretty good. We got free waffles in the morning :)
The ONLY reason this isn’t 1 star is because of the two staff who helped me but true rating is 1 star. I booked a 4 day stay here for work, arrived after hours on the road just to have the door not open because the battery in the door was dead. 5 dead doors later I finally get my room. Next 3 days have issues getting in every night still. Final night, after a 14 and a half hour work day and at 11pm dead tired door doesn’t even turn the light on. 10 minutes later finally in the room. Laura at the front desk was sooo sweet and kind to our youth group! She made us feel welcomed and was very hospitable! She deserves a raise 🥰
