Just checked in after a 9 hour drive. The man at the counter was awesome. The hotel is being renovated which is fine. However the room I reserved was the king bed suite that the pictures showed a single chair and small sofa to sit on but that’s not what I got. This is a much smaller room and the only place to sit besides the bed is an office chair that’s about to break. Very unstable. No coffee at the machine. I didn’t know I booked this old dilapidated place. Upon entering the room 224 I found roaches as I turned a light on and killed 3 in minutes or less!! I immediately went and told Sherry at the front desk said they had Exterminators, but that must not have worked. I left IMMEDIATELY! They need shut down!! I have contact booking.com and the hotel. I’m filing a BBB complaint and contacting the health department too. Completely needs closed down.

First room I went to was dirty. Second one a lady was screaming and fighting with someone so loudly. Third one was “clean” but the floors were sticky, the toilet looked like it was leaking was mold around it and overall felt dirty. Someone was smoking a joint in the stairwell as well.

BED BUGS! We checked in Saturday, Oct. 25 after a day at the softball park. After checking in, we went to dinner. Immediately upon returning and before we laid down (thank God) we spotted a bed bug crawling on the bed. We took pictures, vacated the room, and went to the front desk where we informed Sherry (spelling?) of the situation. She was apologetic and explained they are renovating the third floor and stirring up all kinds of bugs, including roaches. Stay in upper level room on 3rd floor for 3 days had no room service at all no trash pickup I even went down to front desk and asked for it said it would be done and guess what no 1 did it I will not stay here again and would not recommend it.
