POOL.We looked for a place with a pool. The pool was not clean, (the water had not been treated). The kids jumped in and came out almost immediately saying the water felt weird. 12 y.o said bacteria, so definitely the pool should be closed and repaired. Broken tiles at the bottom of the pool. Rooms: Rooms okay. Bathroom in our room/ tub had draining issues (water would not drain while showering) Service was good, everyone friendly. Location good.

1st off choice online service booked me here and not where I asked , this hotel refused to refund my money . The room has broken furniture, dirty , ripped up carpet , foul odors . The woman at desk was just doing her job but was no help amd I get it but to say the building is 25 years old was the excuse . My home was built in 1892 and is absolutely beautiful so the age has nothing to do with this dump. Bottom is management /owners . This is slum lord status with no integrity. We have stayed in a lot of Comfort Inn hotels and this by far, was the best we have stayed in overall. As soon as we went in, it smelled clean, the staff was welcoming, we had a wheelchair accessible room and it was spacious for my mobilty scooter ,and it too, smelled fresh & clean. Breakfast was good and several items to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.
