I arrived and the staff was good. I got all unpacked and checked the bed and every sheet was stained. I went down and they offered a new room. I pack everything back up and get to the new room and same thing. I won't stay at this location again. I stay at a lot of choice hotels and this was by far the worst.
My husband and I got caught in the storm sweeping through the area last night, and luckily found a room available here. The woman working the front desk told my husband she started her shift with one reservation on the books which quickly ballooned to 32 reservations and counting. She was so helpful and accommodating, and I want to make sure she’s recognized for her great service handling the influx. Our room was clean, and the bed very comfy. My family of 5 stayed at the Comfort hotel where we faced subtle racism from Kathy during breakfast. While my dad was using the waffle machine, she approached him with some attitude and asked him if he used the tongs and to make sure he put them back. A few minutes later, a white man came to grab some food beside us and she greeted him by saying “good morning!” with a chirpy voice.
