The staff was friendly during our time there so my criticisms are directed towards management. The main problem was that the rooms did not look like the pictures. The pictures are very nice and clean and spotless but when you get there it’s very outdated, stains on carpets, weird odor in the air, and the AC needs a new filter.
One star is too much! They attempt to take money from your card before you arrive, regardless if you choose to PAY UPON ARRIVAL. The front desk staff were really rude and speaking to Cheryl and Nelly (managers on site) showed exactly why the staff were so rude. I travelled 4 hours and even called to confirm things were ok after getting several alerts during my long drive, calling made no sense.
