It is what you would expect... Microwave doesn't heat up as it should (1 minute to warm a half a cup of coffee). Outdated, terrible coffee maker with weird pouches. Fridge was not cleaned, freezer portion filled with frost so not usable. Outlets have janky plugs. Poorly kept fitness center with equipment that barely works. Wood on the door shabby. Mice running around freely... Friendly staff. Bed is comfortable. They do provide the typical hand soap, shampoo and conditioner if that matters.
