We were pleasantly surprised with the room and services offered at this comfort Inn after reviewing reviews that rated it only 3.5. We found the lobby and the room very clean. Beds very comfortable, The breakfast buffet very good & Cracker Barrel & Starbucks is just a short walk away. Located minutes from downtown Fort Myers and adjacent to I 75. Clean, only complain was the breakfast worst I've ever had and orange juice was spoiled.
Cockroaches. Checked in and found a couple of small bugs in the bathroom. Didn’t think too much about it but then more in the bath tub and 2 big ones on the nightstand and lamp. Took pics and found they were cockroaches at varying stages of life. Checked out in a hurry the next morning and were still charged 1/2 day. When staff informed, they didn’t seem surprised.
Was hard to get into and out needs a red light. Such a busy road. But once in or out it was great.
