Yesterday evening the 29th of December at Comfort Inn Fayetteville and at the season of holidays I had One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The receptionist was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of doing her job and assisting guests, she spoke with an attitude and treated me with clear disrespect.we were trying to ask her questions about our staying she wasn't responding properly.
