We called to check on availability with our dog and on the phone we were quoted a price, we asked if that included the pet fee. And we were told it did. When we arrived the lady at the counter rudely told us that it did not include a pet fee, when we told her that we called in and asked she got super defensive and accused us of calling to someone else. We left, I would be happy to pay a pet fee if it was disclosed up front or there was at least some apology about the miscommunication, but the way the front desk person handle... read more
The room was comfortable and clean. Toilet ran all night and I reported it to the desk in the morning. Unfortunately they put us in a room next to a room they were temporarily using for the Lobby restroom. I think employees used it as a break room , as it was a little noisy until 11:00pm. Breakfast was great. I’d never had strawberry waffles before.
Me and my boyfriend were going down to get the continental breakfast. There was still 20 minutes before it ended and they had pretty much cleaned everything up and as I was trying to grab one of a few of the package pastries he came and grabs them and threw them away as I was going to reach for one
My wife and I are disabled U.S. Army vets. We always travel with one or two service dogs. The staff was very understanding of our needs and put us in rooms closest to the dog rest area. We booked this for a weekend get away and we got the rest and relaxation we needed at this nearby spirit recharge station. Will be back soon!!!
Would not recommend. The property is not in good condition and there was a lot of shady activity going on around the property. The entrance to the lobby had caution tape up the duration of the stay making it awkward to enter the lobby. There were also transient type vehicles parked at an adult store next to the hotel and people appeared to be camping out of them.
