Stayed at this hotel for one night while at a work conference. I was welcomed with a thoughtful welcome bag full of snacks and a water bottle for being a choice hotels member. This was such a memorable action and will make me recommend this hotel to others in the future

I'm not one to post reviews, but this was the most disgusting brand umbrella hotel I have ever seen. Stayed 1 night 3.25.25 and demanded a refund. The attached photos should speak for themselves, but the highlight was waking up and finding freshly hatched bedbug nymphs fueled up on my blood. Do not stay here! The service was relatively kind, but running a place like this puts people's home life at risk with an active bedbug infestation. Bonus carpet beetles too!

I’ve stayed at this location on multiple occasions when I am in town visiting friends and/or some of the bars downtown. They’re in a great location for both reasons, for me. The rooms I’ve had have always been clean, fully stocked, and adequate for its purpose. There may be some damage from previous visitors in some rooms, but nothing so far that takes away from my stay.
