Randy used the "R" word and hung up on me multiple times for inquiring around a service animal. He refused to allow me to speak to management and said I was speaking to them and hung on me. I called back multiple times and he alternated between handing up on me and cussing me out. I hoped.tp speak with someone with s little more tact, ethics, and decency.
Nice hotel doesn’t seem like the best area but right by the highway & I didn’t see anything sketchy. Hotel was nice & clean with a great breakfast. Rooms were a basic hotel room but nice. Only complaints were no Roku for streaming options only basic cable which sucked and the shower water pressure was terrible!
