In response to the review. No the corporate number was not given. The reservation number was given. Also in regards to shoes you have a pool and i have never in all the hotels 4 and 5 star been told to wear shoes going to different parts of the hotel especially with a pool. Also i was incredibly nice i was happy from the day. I had no problem with making sure the girls were quiet as i explained we were headed to bed. Poor customer service. Made reservations for king room with handicap accessible. Arrived and was given key only to find out the room was neither king nor handicapped accessible. Talked with desk clerk and was told someone changed the reservation and she would not make any changes. Took room under protest and found toilet was not cleaned and only chair back broken. Bed felt like filled with straw. Will not book with them nor recommend to anyone. 1 star only because 0 star not available!
They have the best room service and customer service!!!!! And the best manager she very respectful
