Terrible service. Waited an Hour to check in. DO NOT STAY HERE
Great hotel however the billing department doesn't coordinate with Booking.com and I was double charged. Huge headache and still not resolved. I had paid through Booking.com and then forgot my credit card and the lady at the front desk told me she needed me to pay AGAIN because she couldn't see the payment from Booking.com So I downloaded Google Wallet and paid on the spot using my AMEX card again. Excelente hotel, las habitaciones súper limpias, el servicio excelente, el staff súper amable, la ubicación inmejorable. Fue una muy grata experiencia los 4 días que estuvimos hospedados. Lo recomendamos al 100%.
El mejor hotel que me he que alojado, todo el personal es muy amable las habitaciones están muy limpias son extraordinarias, el desayuno muy delicioso. Regresare siempre a este hotel lo recomiendo 🥇🥇
