Anne Smith is the rudest person I have ever seen. She even said “I am not talking to you! You can walk out if you want!” and mocked “hehehe” like a witch the time finishing talking to us. Not just unprofessional but also disgusting! All the other staffs here work so hard but this Anne Smith ruined every effort others made.

We were there for a volleyball tournament. We had stayed there once before and it was fine. Not this time. We respected the quiet time at 10 PM. Others did not! I was awakened at 12:38 AM by people directly above me on the 3rd floor. I don't know if it was a domestic dispute, or worse. There was furniture being moved or thrown around, and yelling.
