If I could give this place zero stars that'd be what I'd choose. Service here is no good and not helpful. Canceled my stay here before I even stepped foot inside the room, went somewhere else that was not only cheaper but the service was 100% better. You'll be waiting days for management to "handle" a situation that should of been handled much faster and instead of a computer typed note with no face action. Have stayed multiple times and will not stay anywhere else when I am visiting the area. It is so nice to see the same smiling and wonderful faces at the front desk each time I visit. I usually stay for multiple days and the staff knows me by name. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is great, and the staff is friendly and kind. I recommend this hotel to everyone!
