The staff was great and the room was clean and they have the breakfast was nice and close to shopping. The manager Gita made my stay very comfortable and I will definitely stay here again.
This was a fine stay -- not awful, and not great. Normally I would give 3 stars. But their pet fee is $100, which resulted in a charge of $221 for a single night in a mediocre motel. I normally stay at Wyndham properties, where the pet fee has never been more than $30, and after this experience I definitely won't be staying at a Comfort Inn again. Managment/Front Desk Customer Service is unprofessional, and they won't help to resolve issues. They took $200 from my account and I'm in the process of disputing with my bank and reporting them to the better business bureau and I'm filing complaints on the usa travel website. They will NOT get away with this. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU DON"T HAVE TOO. THEY REALLY RECEIVED NO STARS, but the system made me put something here in order to create this message
I love the place the staffing is excellent helpful ruins a clean everything works no complaints breakfast the company breakfast by myself
