Absolutely Spotless. Credit to the housekeepers!! A good size room and bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfy. Nice little balcony to relax on. Just a stones throw from C Club Barham. The reception crew were just fantastic- an asset to the club. We will be back!!
Nil customer service. Advertised daily room service, no one came near our room to change linen, empty bins etc despite leaving “please clean my room” sign on door for the entire 3 night stay. Advertised as having 2 pools, but one was out of action, this should have been highlighted on booking to make guests aware. Consequently guests at 2 motels using one small pool which was not attended to at all during our 3 night stay. There were empty cans, coffee cups etc left lying around and not picked up and not a bin in sight to pu... read more
Room 51 was spacious, clean and good amenities. Staff at the RSL Desk are friendly and helpful.
