Staff very friendly but they state heated pool thats a lie the hot tub doesn't work and gym equipment always broken
STAFF GETS 5 STARS!!! The lovely young lady last night tried her best to fix the TV remote but it ended up being the TV itself. We were too tired to move rooms and had already unpacked. But the hot tub is broken and we were really looking forward to it. Of course that isn't listed on the website you only find out once you get there. I think that's poor ownership or management.
