Front desk was rude and not very helpful at all. He kept walking to the back room. We ended up staying somewhere else.
Honestly, not the best hotel. Breakfast isn't until after 7am, same with the gym, which severely limits any early risers. The rooms are dirty but the bed was comfortable but that's the best I can say on that. All but maybe 3 of the lights do not work and every piece of furniture (to include the bathroom sink) is loose or falling apart. The TV remote is absolutely disgusting and the TV will turn off at random. There was nothing to like about this place. Stopped over on an overnight road trip. The price seemed right, but after my stay, I feel ripped off. The young guy who checked me in either hated his job or hated guests or both. I don’t need a bubbly personality, but in the hospitality industry, one expects . . . well, hospitality. Even a little. Pretty dang good place! Rooms need some basic love and maintenence, but otherwise a good stay. And right on 95, and the price is right.
This hotel should be condemned and looks like it is. The elevators buttons do not even light up & they have no inspection sign on the elevator meaning it did not pass inspection so they just removed the sign. I’m on the fifth floor and had to walk up the stairs. The entire hotel smells like piss and mold. Water leaks and wet spots on the floors and ceilings. I’m here with marten transport and have stayed in many hotels with various trucking companies but this is the worst.
