I decided I needed a night to myself away from my relative's house. When I first arrived, the Lobby smelled of smoke and Mildew. I got assigned a room on the second floor. When I first entered the room, I noticed the smell lingered in the room as well. The metal saftey bar on the door was broken off, and as a woman by myself in that moment, I did not feel safe. I stayed for 2 nights. I asked the front desk to change my room because there was distinct sound comming from the walls every few minutes. Customer service was completely useless or do not care about their customer complaint.

My wife and I stayed in Comfort Inns before but this Comfort Inn has been the worst so far. The lobby was clean and smelled fresh, but far as the room we were staying in the total opposite. The rooms could use some remodeling and bathroom could use a upgrade. If you plan on staying here for one night, you may be okay if checking out soon as you wake up. I would not recommend staying here multiple nights because you will not be comfortable at this Comfort Inn.

The pool was open but was never clean. It was always green so staff would close the pool often instead of taking the time to treat the water. The manager gave me and my 8 yo autistic son a problem about tracking water inside from the pool but how else were we going to come inside to use the bathroom. I guess they wanted us to pee in the pool instead of using the bathrooms inside. No wonder the water was always green more often than crystal clear.
