The absolute worst service I have ever had at a hotel. Never seen such unprofessional staff and management in all my years of traveling. Incredibly rude and will lie straight to your face. I would highly recommend spending a little more to go to any other hotel in bloomington. It'll be worth it I promise you.
We had a room booked in August for a football weekend and it had to be prepaid and was non refundable however my husband weeks prior had a surgical heart procedure that prohibited travel. We called hotel and explained situation and even provided a dr’s note but they would not refund our money which was over $450 per night!! The room was resold but wouldn’t budge on the refund after multiple calls including manager.
