Placed me into a humid room with temp at 77. I did everything to try and adjust AC before calling front desk. They came up, messed with it and and said to call down to desk if not cooler in 20 minutes. Temp never changed. Moved me from King to Double Queen at 11:30 pm to cooler room. Room had stains that looked like blood on floor next to garbage can, missing top sheet and the hot water in the bathroom sink barely even dripped. When I asked for a discount or refund, basically told to kick rocks. Worst hotel stay in 15 years.... read more

If you like dirty rooms, cold powdered eggs and sausage that's burnt on the outside and under cooked on the inside this is the place for you.
Customer service was absolutely unacceptable. Was a inconvenience to bother them at work. The room smelled of cigarettes and musty. Great layout of room. We killed 2 spiders. The whole reason we booked this hotel is for the kids to have fun and the water slide was broken. Wallpaper falling off. In a desperate need of updating! Has potential but has been poorly maintained.
