Clean, comfortable room, safe environment, great staff. No issues, would stay here again.
No room service, and when requested, they don't even clean the minimum. The hotel is simple, but could improve some aspects, especially the daily cleaning of the rooms. On the positive side, the friendliness and helpfulness of the service staff and the breakfast staff were excellent. Special mention to Devon, a super nice guy who tries to help and solve everything; his service was excellent.
I stay here a lot , this time I'll give Ashley a shout out . But I know ow all the people that have been there a while.
The staff were very friendly, however, the room is very outdated. It felt like we went in a time machine back to the 90s/00s lol. There was dust everywhere. We found a bloodstain on our bed, which led me to check the other bed only to discover what appears to be a marker marking. Absolutely unacceptable. There's no way the bedding was washed.
