Staff and everything was amazing. The rooms were a bit nasty. The bathroom floor was VERY sticky and the comforter for one of the beds looked like it hadn’t been washed (see pictures).
Air conditioner was loud and the bed was a little hard. Room itself was fine and the breakfast was okay- eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffle, cereal, toast, etc.
Got dirty blankets. Breakfast was cold but its included cant complain. 50 dollar room hold that's included in the price then they try and charge it later again.
My mother and father were in a fire in Danville they were displaced and the red cross was able to get them a room there untill they found another apartment. The staff was a blessing. They were so helpful and kind to my parents. The breakfast was great and the place was very clean. Thank you for everything housekeeping and front desk! Y'all are a wonderful bunch! I thank you for making my parents smile!
