STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU CAN!! The room was awful and disgusting. The room had a musty old sock smell. The room is outdated and the lighting is awful. The room was very clearly not vacuumed before our arrival. There were two mysterious pills on the floor near the desk. Our toilet had multiple issues with it not flushing. We were told there was no maintenance on site and there were no other rooms we could switch into so we constantly had to call the front desk for someone to come fix. The staff was rudeeeee! We came in at 7 am because we were told that we were able too and was given attitude for it. The lady at front was giving us attitude when asked a question, made us wait forever to check in. Treated other customers Nicely in front of us and treated us with no respect. I felt I was treated differently compared to other customers because of my skin color. Do not come here!!
The worst Comfort Inn east of Toronto. No hot water in the hotel. I arrived at 8:45 pm(after 12hrs of work) and called reception at 9:10 to change rooms to one with hot water. Juliette told me, "Sorry, we can't do that," and no refund was possible. Rooms 230 and above don't have hot water. The others do, I asked other guests. Don't pay for loyalty points with this Comfort Inn. It's not worth it.
