We checked in before 5pm on Saturday February 21 and was greeted by a friendly helpful staff member at the front desk our room 166 was very clean and our breakfast was fantastic and even if we don't have a chance to stay there again we will find a comfort inn wherever we end up and hope we have the same experience as this place thank you for your dedication and services
It was a suitable stay for our needs. Dated rooms but linens were clean. Halls and lobby areas were clean and odorless. Beds were more firm than our taste and the armoire right beside the bed was a nuisance. Heating/cooling unit is old and outdated and a little hard to operate to get a steady temp. Shower had great pressure. The room had the feeling of wiped clean but is in need of a deep clean. Layers of dust in headboard, old food splatter on wall above desk and behind TV.
