The bathtub was sparkling clean, it gleamed and was the entire reason I booked a room here. Well that and ASRC SHAREHOLDER discount and they allow pets. Check in was smooth and easy. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous, friendly and understanding. Getting there wasn’t hard but the roads here are kinda not what I used to. I wish I had taken pictures

Our experience was disappointing, especially given the $300+ per night rate. We stayed in room 315 and had to repeatedly call the front desk to have the breaker reset — we couldn’t use the coffee maker or microwave without losing power. The coffee in the lobby was cold every time we tried it, no matter the time of day. The “hot” breakfast was just OK, nothing to rave about. Overall, not worth the cost. Far from sights and actions. A few food spots in walking distance. No stores within quick reach both stores are 35+ min walk away. You should only stay if you plan to rideshare or have a car yourself.

Great location. Safe. The rooms were clean upon arrival and cleaned the next day (by a female staff member), but then they were not cleaned after that during a four night stay. Young (early 20's) males were cleaning crew when the room didn't get cleaned. We needed to get extra towels from the front desk and set our trash outside the room for it to be removed. On the days our room was not cleaned, tables in the lobby for the continental breakfast weren't cleaned as well, and the trash in the lobby overflowed.
