Under remodel
We came to Comfort Inn Birch Run for a quick Family vacation to visit Frankenmuth. What started out as a pleasant vacation turned into absolute disgust. Our 2 son's were playing their video game consoles while waiting for us to check-in at the front desk. There was only another older couple in the lobby and the front desk lady (P.M). The staff is nice, but I’m truly not a fan of not having curtains that doesn’t completely cover the window..
Nice hotel but they lock the tv inputs so if you want to bring a game system or roku device you cannot the remote also didnt work
