We had a delightful stay at the Comfort Inn in Portales. We stay at the Hilton Garden Inn often and the Comfort Inn in Portales lives up to the same standards-- it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The linen was so fresh. The rooms felt brand new. The staff was very gracious and helpful, especially Michelle, Brett, and Nihar! We will definitively stay here again.
This is an older hotel that’s been renovated. Rooms were clean and spacious Breakfast was good Staff was friendly and helpful My only complaint is that it’s in the rougher historic part of town and the parking lot is easily accessible to any and all walking the sidewalks. Overall I would stay again. For $119 per night was a great value.
It was such a relief to show up with my service dog after a very stressful drive and be welcomed and taken care of. Thank you Mr. Patel!
