This hotel is woefully understaffed. One person at front desk, checking people in and out, responsible for breakfast room, maintenance, etc. Never answered phone calls. Toilet plugged two different days… had to fix it myself the second time. TV impossible to operate and had to get second remote from front desk to make it work, and they wouldn’t let me keep that one because it had to be used in other rooms. Manager had apparently quit and another one not in place. Overall a DISASTER of a stay. Wish I’d stayed somewhere else.
Was great, nice people at front desk, clean rooms, great breakfast in morning, and real close to everything. Thanks for a great stay.
Do NOT stay here if you need internet. I have never experienced such a horrible, convoluted process to gain access and then after I did it was too slow to do anything. Awful.
