Not too bad compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. A bit pricey for my taste.
Been at this hotel since July 1 2005 due to my Landlord selling our house …. It was all Good until the hotel staff from Quality inn ran down hotel started to run Choice hotel…. We was told we had to leave due to my 3 year old kids spitting out cough syrup and left a red stain on the covers …. We have been paying from 140$-180 dollars a night when the online says 88$… I caught on and started to book daily on line … one u book online they can’t change the price…. And they got angry!!!! I love a great comfort inn but the one I'n Dickson is under staff the new owners cut the staff down making one person work 3/4 jobs and other went from 40 hours to 15 hours a week ..they can't clean properly under staff. The new owners are money hungry and very rude ... I'll never go back there it's all about numbers and not putting people and there concerns first ..and pey work to take care of their family while there whole family lives at the hotel !!!! JUST GREEDY
Nice hotel. The room was nice. Very clean and and smelled good. The TV had lots of channels and worked properly. It was very quiet so we over slept and missed breakfast so I went down later for coffee because it's always there. The lady that did breakfast was so kind. She gave me a bagel and some muffins and helped me on and off the elevator. I'm disabled and she was so helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Check in was fast and courteous. Air conditioner worked great.
