As I was checking in a guy came out of his room and the lady at the counter gave him a floor fan. He was upset his A/C wasn't staying cold. Before giving my info, I asked if my room would have A/C. She assured me it would. I have been in room for 2 hours and the A/C isn't working. It's 76° in my room and have already taken a cold shower. For the price I'm paying, I'm not too happy about the A/C not working. Obviously it's an issue if more than 1 person is complaining on same evening
I stay here every time I travel to Colby to visit family. Service and staff are great and friendly. Rooms are comfortable

Very clean and welcoming! Beds were very comfortable! Staff and check in were very helpful and friendly! Had called earlier in the day to inquire about availability and talked to Nicki who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! That sold us!!! Clean and well kept. P Walters.
