Very clean,decent place.
I completely understand. As this is a nonrefundable reservation which you have made the property is very strict with the policy even though when I inform them it is a medical emergency and the guest had met with the accident they just informed they have to follow the policy and if you are making a future reservation they will make an exception in cancelling the present one. SO MY MOM IS ADMITTED IN HOSPITAL AND THIS IS WHAT THEY SAY BOOK A NEW AND GET OLD REFUNDED WOW THE AUDACITY

Room rate was not what was provided as we made reservation while driving. Reserved a "pet" room. At the end of making reservation, I asked what was the 'out the door price'? when we arrived the price went up $22.00. ???? They said my mistake! Too late and too tired to go to another hotel. The AC fan would not stay 'constant on' to drum out outside noise. Our room was next to the outside entry, lots of traffic in and out late and early morning - I woke up many times to people talking, bags hitting walls and kids yelling. Also... read more
