I’m genuinely annoyed about our stay at this establishment. Booked the place for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday). When we arrived on Friday night around 11pm after a long day of travel, no one was at the front desk. A sign was there stating that the employee was assisting another customer but to use the white phone on the wall to call… but the phone didn’t work. We were very dissatisfied with our stay, which was just a day. A pro of the stay was the room. We purchased a suite and I do appreciate how the bedroom is separate from the main area. Now the cons...we were given the wrong room. We booked one that had an extra sink (we have twins and a toddler), but was given another room. Carpet worn. Dirty and the toilet won't flush on 1 try. Everything was worn out. Not like the other comfort inn we been. Landscaping neglect. The carpet has not been cleaned in the in the halls for months. Light bulbs in bathroom or burnout had to use the heat lamp and have light. The refrigerator wasn't on or air..
