I wouldn't recommend staying here if you don't have to. When I checked in, I was told the room I had reserved though the hotels website, not through a 3rd party, was not available. Then the room I was given was dingy, the bathtub had brown stains all over and a broken towel rack. The window in the room did not shut fully. The television remote didn't work for the TV in the room and neither did the replacement. Apparently nothing could be done about any of this.
The front desk lady was awesome. Thats about it. The beds were uncomfortable stiff as a board one of the beds if you sat on the edge the other side lifted of the frame and tipped you off the bed. The shower smelled like a dirty construction worked used it as a sweat towel. The breakfast was mediocre. My card had stopped working for my room when I went to the front desk there was a diffrent lady there that ignored me for 5 minutes finally I interrupted her from using the computer and asked her to re work my room key. Comfort Inn lost my business for life. Front desk was no help, waited on hold for 20 minutes to be hung up on. Manager has no interested in helping. Terrible experience.
