Visiting our kids for Thanksgiving. We brought food with is and a large cheesecake. It's Wednesday night. The fridge doesn't work. Complained about it. They said we can bring our food to their fridge. The a/c sounded like a bird trapped inside. They said turn it off then. We are in the handicap accessiable room. Asked for another room, only rooms available were on the 2nd and 3tlrd floor. And the elevator doesn't work. We get a room on the 2nd floor. The fridge doesn't work in here either.

The room was spacious, the only downside was elevator was down. Having CHF it was hard walking up the stairs.

The front desk staff was amazing! Warm greeting and helpful where they could be. During our visit, the elevator was broken, they were out of water, the bedding and shower curtain were dirty and they had no back ups for us to swap them out with.

It was one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever seen in my life. The room was so old and messy, like nobody even cleaned before us, and we had to ask for cleaning in the evening. Also the elevator didn’t work and we had to get upstairs by ourselves. 1 star only because of the good location.
