The lady checking people in had an attitude, second she is NOT supposed to ask about service animals. She did not have a welcoming attitude. I do NOT appreciate her giving me an attitude seeing and asking about the service animal. 😒 ALL HOTELS WELCOME SERVICE ANIMALS. SOMEONE WHO HAS ONE DOES NOT NEED TO DISCLOSE WHY THEY HAVE ONE IT GOES AGAINST HIPPA AND VIOLATES HIPPA LAWS.

At $188 a night, I expect much more. There is no reason for t his hotel to be expensive. I would question staying there for half the price. It was kinda getto. The elevator didn't work. $188 a night is a ripoff.

I’ve stayed at the Comfort Inn in West Monroe several times recently, and every stay has been a great experience. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff has consistently been friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Check-in is easy, the location is convenient, and I’ve always felt comfortable and taken care of while staying here. It has definitely become my go-to hotel when I need a place to stay in West Monroe. I would absolutely recommend it!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The front desk receptionist Shannon was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also convenient and made it easy to get around.
