My wife and I went shopping for a trip. We came home an our AC unit was not working. Indoor temp was 80 way to hot for us seniors with blood pressure issues. I started looking on Facebook on Sanger Speaker for an AC company. And most folks suggested Comfort ICE Box locally owned AC/Heat company. I called spoke to Marcella late evening. Aric White of Little Elm was too shy to leave a review so I am doing it for him. He told me that even though he didn't chose you, he was very pleased with the upfront estimate and pricing. He knew exactly what he was getting into before starting any repairs. Ultimately he went with a different company to save money but he wanted to compliment you on your honesty.
My AC went out a few hours just before my wife and I were about to get on a plane for our summer vacation. Beto came to our home within a few hours to fix our AC, I have used them twice and will continue to use Comfort Ice Box for my AC/Heater needs, very pleased with their work.
