Service is always wonderful. They know our home, our setup, and they take care of business! I actually enjoy having CIB come out since I know not only are we well taken care of and our system is running as well as possible, but I don't have to tell them every little thing. Been using Comfort Ice Box for a couple of years now for their maintenance program on AC and Heater every 6 months. They are friendly, reliable, efficient and honest. Through their maintenance program they are quick to finding any issues before they become a big problem. I know that if we were to have a problem they would be the first ones we call.
