My AC went out a few hours just before my wife and I were about to get on a plane for our summer vacation. Beto came to our home within a few hours to fix our AC, I have used them twice and will continue to use Comfort Ice Box for my AC/Heater needs, very pleased with their work.

Service is always wonderful. They know our home, our setup, and they take care of business! I actually enjoy having CIB come out since I know not only are we well taken care of and our system is running as well as possible, but I don't have to tell them every little thing.
