AC stopped working, tried to take a look myself and once I seen it. I noped real quick and started looking, comfort ice box was the closest and it said open 24 hrs. I called and the lady was super nice, it was a quick setup to have someone come out. And Beto (hope I'm spelling this right) was out in like 20 minutes. Comfort Ice Box Heating and Air did a great job on our HVAC repair. They managed a same day appointment and helped us in this texas heat. Their technicians are really polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend to anybody having issues with HVAC.
We bought the unit from an individual and we were having a hard time finding someone to install it up for us. Comfort Icebox stepped up and did the installation, lined up the electrician and then when all the work was completed, they came back out, tested the unit and made sure it was working properly all in a timely manner.
Since we call them for air ductwork, they where very nice, excellent customer service, care and support. My husband and I gotten happy with their job done.
Comfort Ice Box has been a part of our household for years - very professional and anytime we have any issues they are there next day. They really saved us today when our compressor went out due to a power surge, not only was it fixed immediately but they were proactive in suggesting surge protection for any future surges. Beto is amazing!
