Service is always wonderful. They know our home, our setup, and they take care of business! I actually enjoy having CIB come out since I know not only are we well taken care of and our system is running as well as possible, but I don't have to tell them every little thing. They investigate and figure out what is going wrong and what is normal. If you want professional people to take care of you, call Comfort Ice Box. You would be silly to call anyone else!

Been using Comfort Ice Box for a couple of years now for their maintenance program on AC and Heater every 6 months. They are friendly, reliable, efficient and honest. Through their maintenance program they are quick to finding any issues before they become a big problem. I know that if we were to have a problem they would be the first ones we call.
We moved in recently and our older AC systems needed servicing. Beto and his team helped us out: very fast and efficient and answered all of our questions. Beto did not try to sell us on anything that wasn't necessary, and the crew serviced our units to perfection. Highly recommend this company for any HVAC services.
