Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. There is no on-site parking, and you have to pay extra for parking nearby, which was inconvenient. The room was not properly cleaned. The water pressure in the shower was very weak — I couldn’t even wash my hair properly. The half flush button on the toilet didn’t work. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep. Even the bed sheets were squeaky and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations of 4-stars hotel.

This place is simply amazing I stayed 12 nights while enjoying the Australian Open, great spot close to all kind of transport 20 minutes from St Kilda beach in tram. You can walk to amazing theatres , comedy, musicals and more. Walking distance to the high end stores, like Rolex , AP, Gucci, great supermarkets and restaurants. What makes it like home and more is the STAFF very helpful with a smile always ; Mrs Vrishty amazing lady,found me a great pickleball spot she even called them to make sure they accept guests to play. ... read more
Very close to a train station, great night life and an IGA conveniently close by. Alex at reception was fantastic every time we have stayed. He is an absolute asset, always working hard and always friendly. 5 stars to him. The other two men we have briefly passed were polite and seemed very friendly and willing to help too. The lady I can not comment. I think maybe she does not like her job. Everytime she has been rude and almost mocking.
