I was asked to do a late check in, which was fine However, I never received my deposit back despite not damaging anything in the room. I was also accused of a previous guest’s stain on the doona, and was ignored when I explained that it was like that when I checked in.
Rooms aren't anything like advertised and over priced..
Beautiful relaxing place to stay. Stayed here 3 times and look forward to many more. Great location on Lonsdale Street next door to IGA and 5 min walk to Train station. Friendly and accommodating staff. Ive always been lucky to get the same room number 😀 Highly recommended 👌
