**WARNING - PAY ATTENTION TO THE REAL REVIEWS HERE - THEY ARE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS** From the moment we arrived, the experience was unpleasant. Reception had a strange, unwelcoming vibe, and housekeeping staff were noisy, yelling in the hallways and repeatedly slamming the supply cupboard every few minutes. The room itself was filthy — stained carpets, marked walls, and dirty, worn furnishings. It was genuinely disgusting and shocking that a room in this condition is being rented out. Thank you for making my journey so easy. As someone unfamiliar with Melbourne, it’s always been challenging to grasp the city’s fundamentals. Your efforts have made a real difference to one person and I’ll always cherish the five days I spent here. I hope to return again. Keep delivering such quality experiences.
